1) Use a paid service. If you don't want to do any of the work and just need a little help, there are many paid services that can help you monetize your email marketing. One popular service is MailChimp which charges a monthly fee for their service. Another option is Constant Contact which charges an annual fee for their service. There are also many other services such as Campaign Monitor or Infusionsoft that offer different pricing models.

2) Add in-app purchases. Include buttons within your emails that will allow users to purchase items through iTunes or Google Play. For example, if you were sending out emails about a new game on iTunes and wanted users to be able to buy it right then and there, you could include links that say Download Now!
